Empires & Allies – Why am I unable to view Incoming Friend Notification?

We are receiving reports that some commanders are receiving an Incoming Friend Requests but doesn’t show when trying to view it. The team is already looking in to this matter. We also encourage you to do our troubleshooting steps using the appropriate link below:

Also, make sure that you have the updated game version. You may check your App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) for updates.
