Tickets to Pokémon GO Fest , our first-ever worldwide virtual event experience, are available in the in-app Shop. One ticket costs USD$14.99 plus taxes or fees (or the equivalent in your local currency). Tickets can’t be purchased with PokéCoins.Key details:

To purchase a GO Fest Ticket:
A few days before the event, you’ll receive a medal for participation. When you open the app during the event, you’ll receive access to the Pokémon GO Fest experience, including the accompanying Special Research story event. You’ll have to open the app on both Day 1 and Day 2 during the specified event time to collect each day’s Special Research.After you’ve collected the Special Research, you can complete it at any time. The ticket to this event is nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service).Note about ticket color variations: Depending on which version of Pokémon GO you have installed, some Trainers may receive tickets showing different colors. This visual difference will be resolved soon. Rest assured that all Pokémon GO Fest tickets will provide the same experience, regardless of their displayed color in your Item Bag.
