We applied a filter for the chat and character names, so that what can be considered offensive or bad language by some players is displayed as "*****". Please do not try to go around the filter by modifying or misspelling slightly the filter words on purpose, as it can lead to a chat temporary suspension.
Instead if you don’t mind or find the filter inconvenient, you can just go to the Settings and uncheck "Activate Chat Filter". Do this as your own risks! 😉
Also note that there is no filter applied in the Guild chat.
In case you think we blocked some words by mistake, or forgot some, please let us know in-game via the player Support!
Besides if you feel some players are abusing and are breaking our Terms of Service regarding the in-game chat, please contact us as well and we will investigate.
This can lead to any action, at our own discretion, ranging from a warning, a chat temporary suspension, or even an account permanent ban.
