Once both Castle and Shopkeeper level requirements are met, there will be an additional screen you may access through clicking the City Raid icon or the Castle menu.
There will be 3 different raid difficulties. Each has an increased group power requirement. The higher the group power, the more loot the heroes can bring back.
This screen will have 3 tabs: Overview, Rewards, and Participants. At the top of this screen, you will see the step in the upper-left corner followed by the Raid name and time remaining. There will also be a progression bar to view progress to the next step. Additionally, there will be a Send Heroes button to participate in the City Raid at the bottom of the pop-up.
The Overview screen will display the Raid description, Next Rewards, and MVP.
The Rewards screen will display much a craft progression screen. As you progress through the steps, the step box will become highlighted. Each fully highlighted box are rewards that you can manually claim until the next Raid starts.
The Participants tab will show all city members that have participated at least once during the entire City Raid event. Their item loot will also display the total items for the entire event. The MVP is awarded to the player with the most looted items. Currently, there is no other reward for MVP other than bragging rights.
