Members of the city have the privilege and the right to vote for its mayor. As such, in the event that your city has an inactive mayor, you can decide to reassign your vote to another deserving candidate for mayorship.
Currently, we do not have the manual means to transfer mayor ownership. Additionally, you may look to create a new city with your active members.
