If you need to apply for a refund, please send an email to cok@elex.com providing your ID, lord level, kingdom number, castle coordinates, and order ID.
Refund Requirements:
1. Contact Customer Service to apply for a refund within 48 hours after purchase.
2. The purchased Gold or items were NOT used.
3. Purchases were NOT made during the “Buy more, Get more (Cumulative recharge reward event)” event.
4. Purchases were NOT Weekly Packs or Monthly Packs.
5. Purchases were NOT Alliance Group Buying Packs.
After getting your refund application, we will respond to you in 2 working days.
Once a refund succeeds, the items or gold in your refund order will be deducted immediately.
Please note, if you refund by other ways without contacting our Customer Services, the action could be defined as a Malicious Refund. In that case, the system could ban the account for a certain period of time based on the purchase amount, billing times and frequency.
