1. Before applying, the Alliance leader should communicate with Alliance members to ensure that the Alliance can reach the required submission of State Relocation items.
2. Before Application, the Alliance Leader needs to initiate contact with the target server’s Inspector and re-apply after acquiring the attention of the other side’s Inspector. It should be noted that the Relocation List should be confirmed immediately when this Application is initiated (to avoid the problem of inconformity between the Inspector Audit List and the Teleport List). Please verify all members participating in the Relocation are in the Alliance before initiating an Application. Before all Inspectors in the target State approve it, the Alliance Leader who initiates the Application can update the List once.
3. When the above 2 conditions are met, Alliance Leaders should then initiate an Alliance Relocation Application to the target State. A deposit of 5,000 Diamonds is required. Applications cannot be cancelled after they are sent.
4. Each State can have 3 Alliances maximum apply for Relocation during each activity.
5. If the Application failed, you can Apply again.
