LevelsIf you have played Snoopy Pop while linked to your Facebook account, your level progress will be stored with that Facebook account and will be saved. However, if you did not link your Facebook account, your progress will only be saved locally (on the device) and will be lost and unrecoverable if the application is deleted or the phone is restored to factory settings. ItemsThe items in your inventory (lives, coins and boosters) are stored locally on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone). You are not able to transfer items (coins, boosters, etc.) across multiple devices. This is to prevent graphical errors and crashes/freezes.To ensure that you get your coins, lives or boosters on a specific device, you must use that same device when you first collect or buy any in-game items. For example, if you’d like to accept lives from a friend and want them to show up on your preferred mobile device, you’ll need to accept the lives on that mobile device. This includes coins and boosters as well. If you purchase items on a different device, they’ll only be available on the device where the purchase was made.
