Creating Battle Parties – Pokémon GO Guide

Battle parties are groups of three or six Pokémon you can quickly select for Gym, Raid, or Trainer Battles.  To create a battle party with an account lower than level 10:

From the Map View, tap the Main Menu  button.

Tap the Pokémon  button.

To create a battle party with an account level 10 or above:

Tap the Main Menu button.

Tap the Battle button.

 Once you have selected your battle parties, join a battle to use them. You can select an eligible battle party by swiping left over the recommended or previously used battle party.
