Why is my account disabled?If we detect suspicious activity, we may disable your account. When your account is disabled:
- You cannot sign into the mobile app or flipboard.com
- You will be signed out of all sessions across all devices you have signed into
How do I re-enable my account?You will need to contact Support to re-enable your account. We need to verify your ownership of the account before re-enabling it for you. Once re-enabled, you can sign in like usual.#FlipTip: When you sign into your account, you may notice your public magazines have been set to private. If you want to set them back to public, open your magazine settings then toggle the privacy switch off.
