Tap on ME (the icon showing a profile at the bottom on the tab bar on your Diary page) and then on the round gear symbol top left hand on the next page. Here you’ll get to the Settings. Scroll down to Account Settings. Tap on the email address, overwrite the email in the window popping up and then tap on Save.
