If you are unable to log in:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify your time and date on your device are properly synced
- Verify that you are able to log into Facebook on your device
- If you have logged in previously, and are trying to share, check your Game Permissions in Facebook
To check your Game Permissions:
Log into your Facebook account on a computer or through your Facebook App
Select Crazy Cake Swap from the "Your Games" screen within Facebook
Make sure you have the permission for "This app can also" set to "Post on your behalf"
If you do not see this option it is likely that you denied the game permission on your first boot
Select the "Remove App" option
This will delete all of the Crazy Cake Swap Facebook settings, once this is done log back into the game
Re-start the Crazy Cake Swap app
Once in the game, while loading into the Map Screen, you should be prompted again to set the game permissions. When prompted with "Crazy Cake Swap" would like to post to Facebook for you." select "OK"
If you still cannot log into Facebook, please open a support ticket with the exact error message that you are seeing, and what Device you are playing on (Samsung Galaxy S5, iPhone 5, Kindle Fire, Etc).
