Undelivered gem purchases are quite a rare occurrence, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for a purchase to appear in your game.
The first thing to do if your purchase hasn’t arrive is to make sure that you received a receipt for the purchase. If you didn’t receive a receipt then your payment hasn’t been received by Apple, so you haven’t been charged. You can confirm this by logging into your account in iTunes, clicking on your Apple ID at the top right and selecting Account Info, then next to purchase history click See All. If you purchase isn’t appearing here, then you haven’t been charged for it.
If you confirm that you have been charged, the next step is to make sure you have a strong internet connection – if you’re not connected to our servers, then the server can’t deliver your Gems! Sometimes turning your device off and on can cause the game to connect again with a better connection, and trigger the purchase to arrive.
If you’ve followed all the steps above, please click here to contact support if you still have not received you gems after 24 hours. Please make sure you include a screenshot of your receipt attached to your message so we can verify your purchase and replace your missing gems.
