There’s a number of ways to fix this problem:
1. Make sure you have a stable network connection.
2. Make sure the game is connected to Facebook.
3. Restart your device. You may be experiencing temporary problems sending and receiving data, and restarting your device is the easiest way to fix them.
If that didn’t help:
1. Open the game settings and tap Facebook – Connected to disconnect from it.
2. Restart your device and reenter the game.
3. Open the game settings and connect to Facebook again. That should fix your problem.
If the problem persists, try deleting Fishdom from the Facebook app list. Doing so won’t affect your game progress.
1. Disconnect your game from Facebook in the game settings.
2. Open your Facebook page in a browser.
3. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps > Logged in with Facebook. Find Fishdom and tap X to delete it from the list.
4. Restart your device.
5. Enter the game and reconnect to Facebook in the game settings.
