If you didn’t get a reward you were expecting, try this:
1. Remember the amount of diamonds you have at the moment and restart the game. That might help register the achievement and add the reward to your account.
2. If the reward still doesn’t show up, contact our customer support and provide the following information:
– The achievement title and level (e.g., Collector, 3rd trophy)
– The number of diamonds you’re missing
We’ll figure out why you didn’t receive your reward and restore it.
