Third-party software refers to applications that manipulate game progress.
Installing such applications comes with serious consequences:
– Altered game functionality (our system scans aquariums to detect unauthorized game manipulation)
– Unfair advantages (along with our automatic detection, players can report any suspicious behavior they notice in other players’ aquariums and file a complaint to our customer service)
– Account data possibly stolen and used by scammers for illegal activity—don’t risk your personal information!
Who are cheaters, and why do they get blocked?
Players are considered cheaters when they cheat the system to advance in the game. That can be done in a number of ways:
– Using third-party software to gain in-game cash or resources in a manner that violates the gameplay rules
– Abusing the game economy by dealing with unauthorized individuals or companies that sell in-game resources (boosters, decorations, etc.)
– Trying to level up in the game by any other unfair means
