Fishbrain – How do I apply for a refund for my Web subscription?

If you signed up for premium through our website and would like to apply for a refund you should make sure to cancel the subscription to avoid getting billed in the future, and then contact support@fishbrain.com and include the following information:1. The username and email linked to your Fishbrain account.2. A receipt clearly showing the date of sign up.3. A reason for why you would like to have the refund.If a refund claim is made within 14 days after the purchase, you qualify for a refund. You have to provide a receipt. This policy only applies if you signed up for a subscription via our website (www.fishbrain.com). If you signed up for a subscription through App Store or Google Play Store, their policies apply.
