We have recently introduced a new feature where players can remove linked Social Media accounts fom their game. If you have lost access to your game progress after removing a Social Media account., Here are some instructions which will help. For example, If you had QQ (Username – ABCD) & WeChat linked with your game account and you unlinked QQ (Username – ABCD) account from the game. 
In order to recover your account, follow the steps listed below:1. Use the same unlinked Social Media QQ (Username – ABCD) to create a new character and finish the Tutorial; (If you unlinked a Facebook account with username "ABCD", you need to create a new game account using the same Facebook account with username "ABCD")
2. Use this new character to contact us and provide us the following details:1. The lost account’s Nickname and Character ID2. Did you make a new account with same Social Media account?3. New account’s Nickname and Character IDPlease provide all the requested information for a speedy resolution. Incomplete information may delay the account recovery by several days.Remember to answer all the questions so our team can review it at the earliest.
