In case your ship is stuck in the game and you cannot recall it, please restart the game. This will recall your ship. However, if this doesn’t work, you can contact Customer Support with the following information:1. Your player ID2. The blocked slot (A, B, etc) or a screenshot of it3. The bridge officers on the stuck ship Once we have all of this, we’ll recall your ship.
