I lost an item, power-up, or something else – Vineyard Valley Guide

If you notice that the number of interior items or boosters have changed without you doing anything, first restart your device and reenter the game. If the game content you’re missing doesn’t show up, contact our Customer Support and do the following:

  • Specify the items you lost and their amount. 
  • Describe what you did before the loss occurred (installed an update, switched devices, etc.).
