The best strategy on level 28 is to make matches in different parts of the field: for example, one on the left, then immediately on the right. Do not wait for the pieces to stop falling – keep playing! Match pieces as low as possible – this will start the chain reaction that will create more power-ups.
In addition, bear in mind that the two bottom rows of crates have no goal tiles, so don’t waste your time trying to get those!
