- New loading screen
- Trainers on iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 will see downgraded resolution on in-game assets to support a smoother gameplay experience on these older devices
- Pokémon that disappear from the Map View will now leave with a small visible animation
- Today View can now display news items that have been previously read
- Gift Stickers received from Gifts now appear in the journal
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that caused the text for friend level bonuses to not show correctly
- Fixed an issue that caused Trainers to only be able to dodge to the left during Raid Battles; dodging is now possible in both directions
- Fixed an issue that caused the orange pulse animation to show on top of a Pokémon encounter screen when a research task is collected while the Trainer is in the Pokémon encounter
- Fixed an issue that caused the notification alerting you that your buddy has brought you Gifts from PokéStops to show a larger number of Gifts than actually collected. Note that the notification can occur after the Gifts are already collected in the Item Bag.
- Fixed a rounding issue that caused the walking distance progress for Candy to occasionally show a different value in the Buddy History page compared to the Buddy Profile page
- Fixed a visual error that showed “kmkm” instead of “km” on the Egg incubator page
