It is very important to begin level 313 correctly. Your key obstacle here is the chained oil and you should not let it fill too much space in the beginning of the game. You should try to quickly destroy at least some of the chains. At the same time, you don’t necessarily need to remove all of the oil. You can concentrate on a single area (for instance, some of the central ones) and target the oil only there. The most important thing is to take the oil under control and get access to the tiles hidden behind it.
