Introduction
Hello I’m playing Mobile Legends for month and today I want share to you my Pro equipment gear and strategy guide for playing Layla. This hero is pretty basic and I consider this as best hero for beginner. But such as simple hero this can let you get a decent rank from Warrior to Grandmaster or even higher. As of now I have 80% winning rate over 55 games or 44 wins and 11 defeats over 55 games in rank and I’m on Grandmaster 3. Not a decent rank actually as I’m playing lot of games these days (including Heroes Arena) and I can’t spend much time in Mobile Legends alone to get rank well. Mechanics
The main mechanics of playing Layla is to spam her ability. Make sure that you are going to hit your opponent with your first skill. Try to find a good position where you can do a cheap shot with it. If possible to do a 2nd skill-1st skill combo, that will be better as slow can gives you better precision for your 1st skill. Just poke your opponent hard and do basic attack as possible. And for the finishing touch, use your ultimate.
Now to let you do this kind of mechanics, you need blue buffs (League of Legends reference) or the spider. This will improves your mana regeneration. So make sure you are going to lane (mid is always a good for Layla) close to that camp so you can kill spider from time to time.
I said spam and this includes your ultimate. Use your skills to clear lane. Your ultimate is best for it as this can clear lane faster. By clearing your lane faster than your opponent, this can buy you time on going to jungle camp to farm for more. This is very effective as you can earn much gold over your opponent.
With this mechanics, I’m using Rage as my ability that let me clear jungle camp easily. Though as safe pick, you should get Flicker that can improves Layla’s mobility in lack of escape. But if you are like me, who has good map awareness and capable of playing defensively even without a good escaping ability, you can use Rage too.
Also playing Layla in this mechanics let you handle a 1v2 match up. Just use your range and never get out under your turret. With your skills, I don’t think they can easily push your lane. You need only to be wise in leaving your turret and going to jungle camp. I recommend one camp at a time when you are fighting two heroes in lane as they can easily push the lane. You need to go back faster to defend your turret.
