How to retrieve lost account
A.Accounts across platforms:
Dueto Apple regulations, iOS and Android versions cannotbe interconnected and cannot share data. If a player logs in to the samegame account on both an iOS and Android device via a 3rd party (e.g. Facebook),then Battle Points, diamonds, character level, items, etc. gained on one devicewill not be shared to the other device. In addition, official rewards will onlybe sent out on one platform, one time only.
B. Accounts that have been bound withsocial platforms
If yourlost account has already been bound with a social account (Google , Facebook ,VKor Game Center) but don’t know how tolog in, please follow the illustration below : click avatar — account –Log to the existing account to login your old account
C.accounts across advanced server and normal server
If you switch to a new account when changing server between advancedserver and normal server, don’t worry. tap the server list, select the serverwhere you were, and tap enter game to log in to your lost role.
D.Accounts hacked
Firstly, if youhave bound game with social platforms and protect your platform accounts well.Your game accounts can not be easily hacked.
Don’t believein any non-official transaction. And don’t participate in any accounts deals.

The【Server】 of the lost account: You can findthe information about the ID and server from the basic information page: tap add friend-input the nick name of your lost account – NameSearch – View, then you will find the server number.

The 【ID number】 of the lost account: wesuggest you save a screenshot of your account basic information page (open youravatar you will see the ID and server under nick name), if you don’t rememberthe ID number , it would help you.
The【Device model】 of the lost account: if you changed your device, please input the device model ofthe lost account, such as Samsung I9500, you can find it in your deviceoptions.
【Registration date】 of the lost account: please remember the approximate date you created your lostaccount, you can check when you install MLBB at google play store or App store,the first achievement you got in game center or google play, then infer anapproximate date.
【Last login time】 of the lost account: notnecessary
