There is several different options for tracking food in your Diary:1) Manual searchTap ‘+’ bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for. Then enter your keyword in the search bar, search for the food item by clicking on the magnifying glass in the keyboard and track it by clicking on the food item and then on the green round button to the right.2) Tracking with the barcode scannerTap ‘+’ bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for. Then click on the barcode scanner icon left hand.3) Tracking via meal in the DiaryAs long as you haven’t tracked anything for a meal yet you can click on the meal icon under the meal name stating the recommended calories. Then proceed as described under 1) or 2).4) Tracking via Recent and FavoritesIn order to find Recent and Favorites: Tap ‘+’ bottom right in the app, choose the meal you would like to track for.You will then see the following list to choose from in the dropdown under the search field:- Recent- Frequent- Favorites5) Tracking Simple CaloriesIn order to find Simple Calories: go to your Diary, click on ‘+’ and choose the meal you would like to track. On the next page you see the icon Simple Calories at the bottom of the page. Click on it and enter the title as well as the calories. Track by clicking on Save.6) Tracking via CategoriesIn the Diary tap "+" to add food for a meal. On the next page you see the icon Categories. Choose the main category, then the subcategory and then the food item. Track it by clicking on it and then on the green round button to the right.
