Family Guy the Quest for Stuff Guide – How do I spawn Drag Racers?

Drag Racers will start spawning at the start of Phase 1 event quest, “Puns N’ Roses Pt. 1”. A few Drag Racers will spawn every few hours and you can have a maximum of 8 Drag Racers on your playspace.
