Fishbrain – My product was delivered damaged, how do I request a return?

If you bought a product on Fishbrain that was delivered damaged, you can request a return and a refund. For returning a product you can email us at shop@fishbrain.com with your full name, email address, invoice number, address, reason for return, a picture of the damaged item exactly how you have received it. Add any other details that might be useful. You can also fill out the return form online through this page.
