Fishbrain – Why do I have to pay for the return shipping cost if I previously tried to cancel my order?

If you have previously tried to cancel your order and the cancellation reached the supplier too late and now your order already has the shipping label generated or it’s soon to be delivered, if not already delivered, the responsibility to cover the return costs it’s on the customer’s side as the customer should be fully aware of the Fishbrain Shop policies before placing an order.
