Group w/ cheaters mean events when player teams up with cheaters and takes advantage in game. We will take strong action against players using cheats and players taking advantage of teaming up with them. During the group w/ cheaters observation period, players only lose half or all of their earnings and are subject to some matchmaking restrictions and penalty will depend on the severity of the circumstances. Your account won't be banned if you are matched with a player who uses cheats once in random matching, but you may be banned if you intentionally team up with cheaters many times to take advantage. If your teammate claims to cheat or you suspect that your teammate cheats, please leave the match or return to the Lobby as soon as possible. Please don't trust any exaggerated promotions that claim they can help your improve ratings. If you encounter any teammates who you suspect may be cheating, please use the Report button in the Results Screen or Career Results after a match to report and help to make a fair gameplay environment. We will take necessary action after investigation.
