Android devices
There is no in game function to reset your game. However, we do provide a service to reset your game. This means that all your progress will be deleted forever. Please contact our customer support with your reason and let us know you agree to the above and we will consider your one time only game reset. Please find the FAQ topic "Contact Customer Support".
iOS devices
There is no in game function to reset your game, however there is a way of doing this using the game center functionality. For an introduction to the Game Center, please refer to Apple’s documentation here.
To start your game from the beginning you’ll need to delete the game on your device. To do this, tap and hold on the game icon and it will start to wobble and an x will appear on the top left of the icon.
Tap on the x to remove the game.
You will be asked if you want to keep your Game Center data, tap delete to remove it.
Warning: all your progress, coins, animals, machines, buildings, etc will be deleted forever.
Once removed, download the game from the app store and open the game.
If a synchronization conflict appears and you want to start the game from level 1, make sure you select the farm name with the (LVL1) next to it.
