Play Seaside on multiple devices! Yes, that’s right, you can now play Seaside anywhere!
Let me show you how it works, it’s quite easy really! Just two steps: Bind and Sync!
Step 1. Bind
If your account is already connected to Facebook, you will find the "Logout from Facebook" button in the Settings panel.
Otherwise you will need to click the "Connect to Facebook" button:
Or if you have never connected your farm to Facebook, you should see:
After tapping "Connect to Facebook", you will see the benefits that come with connecting your Seaside account to Facebook.
In order to see more details, simply tap the question mark and you should see:
After you tap the Connect to Facebook button, and give Seaside the necessary authorization on Facebook, you will be given a list of all the Farms that are associated with your Facebook account, which should look like this:
For this example, I will choose the first Farm, which is marked “Current farm”.
I can then confirm whether or not I wish to bind my current farm and Facebook account together.
This means that your Farm can now be synced to any device that can run the game.
Step 2. Sync
Just like in step 1, go through the same method as you did for the bind feature, however now you will find only two Farms on the Farm list; one is the current Farm on the device, and the other is the Farm bound to your Facebook account. It should look like this:
If you would like to play on the device’s current Farm, but would like to login Facebook so that you can see your Friends or get your sharing reward, simply tap “Keep”.
However, for this example I would like to play the Farm that I have bound to my Facebook account, so I should tap the second option; “Select”.
The game will now show you a warning and confirmation message. Due to the fact that the Farm currently on the device has not been bound to a Facebook account, syncing a previously bound account will overwrite this device’s Farm, thus deleting it. If you wish to save this Farm from being deleted, simply close the panel and bind this Farm to another Facebook account.
If you do not wish to keep the device’s Farm, simply type “delete” and tap “OK”. You will now be able to play on your original Farm, with all of your progress imported to the new device!
Note: If you are an iOS player and cannot access the correct Farm, please remember to log out from Game Center and try again! You can find this information, as well as other useful information, by tapping the “?” button during the binding/syncing process.
