Connecting to Facebook
To connect to Facebook, tap on the blue cog in the game.
Tap on the option to connect to Facebook.
Make sure you allow Family Farm Seaside access.
Can’t connect to Facebook
If you are having problems connecting to Facebook, please try the following first before contacting our Customer Support.
iOS devices
If you have logged in on Facebook on your device and there is no response when you try to connect to Facebook in the game, please check the settings on your device. To do this go to the home page and tap on the settings icon.
For iPADs, select Facebook on the left hand side of the screen and make sure Family Farm is set to "ON".
For other iOS devices such as iPhones and iPods, tap on Facebook and on the next menu displayed, check that Family Farm is set to "ON".
Android devices
Please try to remove the Facebook app and connect to Facebook with a browser.
If you receive an error starting with "fbconnect://success#access_token=CAADaw5aNczQ……..", please install the latest Facebook app for your device.
Still can’t connect to Facebook
