Occasionally players may purchase RC and not receive it immediately in game. If this happens, please try the following steps.
- Close the app completely or clear the game data (for iOS Devices please find the FAQ topic "[iOS] Can’t load the game";for Android Devices please refer to FAQ topic "[Android] Can’t load the game").
- Wait for 24 hours
- If you still haven’t received your RC, please contact our customer support through the app. More detailed information on how to do that, please find the FAQ topic "Contact Customer Support".Attach a copy of your purchase order receipt so we can investigate the problem for you.
A purchase order receipt is an email received from your app store and has information such as your order ID, amount paid, date and what you purchased.
