Family Garm Seaside-Didn’t receive purchased items – Family Garm Seaside Game Guide

Occasionally players may purchase RC and not receive it immediately in game. If this happens, please try the following steps.

  1. Close the app completely or clear the game data (for iOS Devices please find the FAQ topic "[iOS] Can’t load the game";for Android Devices please refer to FAQ topic "[Android] Can’t load the game").
  2. Wait for 24 hours
  3. If you still haven’t received your RC, please contact our customer support through the app. More detailed information on how to do that, please find the FAQ topic "Contact Customer Support".Attach a copy of your purchase order receipt so we can investigate the problem for you.

A purchase order receipt is an email received from your app store and has information such as your order ID, amount paid, date and what you purchased.
