To secure your account’s property, we’ve developed the Secondary Verification feature.
How to Use:
Go to Account Settings and tap Secondary Verification under your account ID. Then, set your password (6 digits). For your account’s security, do not use passwords such as 123456, 000000, or your birth date!
When the Secondary Password Protection is enabled, a Secondary Password verification will be needed for actions such as gifting heroes, skins or items, or connecting accounts to your game progress. Until the game is restarted, you don’t need to do the verification for the second time.
Failed to Set a Secondary Password:
You may encounter the following message if you are not using your usual device. You need to use your usual device to set a secondary password.
Change and Disable Password
You can go to this page again and enter your original password to turn off your Secondary Password Protection
If you forgot your Secondary Password, you could request to Disable it. Your Secondary Password will be automatically disabled in 5 days.
After turning off the Secondary Password Protection, your account won’t be under protection when gifting or connecting to new accounts.
Tap “Change Password” to change your password.
