How long will Elite Tuners last?Elite Tuners launches 12/09/ and will be a permanent feature within the game with multiple new events and chapters to launched in 2021.Which device is recommended to ensure a good performance for Elite Tuners?We recommend the best performance for Elite Tuners to be on the following devices:- Any iOS device that’s iPhone 7 or newer.- Any Android device with 2GB of RAM or more.Why are some tracks not available on my device?The updated East Coast tracks are enabled on the following devices:- Any iOS device that’s iPhone 7 or newer.- Any Android device with 2GB of RAM or more.Anything below those specs will not receive the new tracks for 2.17.Why can't I enter Elite Tuner events?To enter the Elite Tuner events you'll need to reach the require Player Rank which is set at Rank 30. On reaching Rank 30 you'll gain access to the Trials of Tashimi event which is the starting point for the Elite Tuner campaign. Why does Elite Customs unlock at Rank 20 but the Elite Tuner cars are not unlocked until Rank 30?Elite Tuners is the next level of customisation in Elite Customs. Along with coinciding with the Rank 30 unlock for the campaign we want players to experience Elite Customs prior to engaging with the Elite Tuner content to make that transition a smoother experience. What does the rarity classification mean?Rarity classification is a method of classifying the customisation options found for the Elite Tuner cars. The rarity classification can be identified through text, colour and/or badges;Green=StandardBlue=PremiumRed=RareYellow/Gold=LegendaryThe rarer the item found for each Elite Tuner car the higher the challenging to attaining that item from elite customs and/or from event unlocks.Why is the Legendary unlock criteria set to Chapter 5?The final Livery unlock for an Elite Tuner car is set to be unlocked in the final event of the campaign which will be released in the future are part of Chapter 5. More details on Chapter 5 will be made available in the near future.Why was my hood and wing removed when I switched kits?With each kit, a bespoke carbon hood and rear wing are supplied that fit that specification of Body Kit which replace your existing hood and wing from the Body Kit you switched from.Why did I unlock the milestone but not the customisation option?Elite Custom currency is still required to unlock the milestones and progress.Elite Custom Currency = Unlocks the MilestoneCertain items will have a secondary requirement to access the reward requiring you to unlock through event progression. Unlock Event = Event reward requirementThe event requirements will require access to multiple events, permanent and limited time. Limited time events will be placed on a rotation so you'll have further opportunities to a collect the cosmetic item at a later date.All event unlock requirements are detailed in either the Elite Custom Milestone or the Customisation screen for each individual item.What is the prize car for the Street Culture Elite Custom collection?The prize car for completing the Street Culture collection will be unveiled in a future update; it will take the place of the Mystery Crate in the Street Culture collection found in the Dealership. Why cant I see the next Chapter pin on the map?To unlock a new chapter you need to meet a set number of conditions;Have completed all previous Chapter campaign eventsBe on the most recent version of CSR2.Why cant I unlock the new Chapter car?Each chapter has a variety of ways to unlock the car for that Chapter. Please see the helpful guide below;Chapter 1The Toyota GR Supra (Elite Tuner version) car is gifted as part of the TRIALS OF TASHIMI event which forms part of the Elite Tuner tutorial; this event will unlock at Rank 20 to all players. Chapter 2:Nissan GT-R R35: The R35 can either be collected from the DONNA'S ELITE HOLIDAY CUP, or via Gold in the Dealership or Event Currency (Event Hub) following the completion of DONNA'S ELITE HOLIDAY CUP.Nissan Skyline R34: The R34 can be won as part of the ""Chapter 2 Community Giveaway"" event or through Gold via the Dealership (Gold) or the Elite Tuner Event Hub (Credits) once Chapter 2 Part starts. Why Chapters?Chapters allow you the players and us the developers to develop and manage the content at incremental steps rather than in a single release. We can balanced appeal that focuses you the players attention;We want you to experience all the content in an managed way without being pressured by time. Chapters keep the content fresh and appealing across a longer timeline.How fast are the Elite Tuner cars?The Elite Tuner cars will be positioned to be highly competitive for their associated Tiers. All the cars come as stock with their top end performance being unlocked through the use of Elite Customs. Why is the car displayed as a create in the dealership?We want to keep some cars a Mystery so they're currently showing as Mystery Crates in the dealership. As each Chapter is made available these Crates will be switched for those cars. Where and How can I find or unlock the Chapter car?You can find all the cars inside the ELITE TUNER section of the Dealership or via the ELITE TUNER EVENT HUB which is unlocked after completing the Trials of Tashimi event. Can I collect more than one Elite Tuner car? Yes, you can own as many Elite Tuner cars as you desire. Once you collect the first cars of each of the Elite Tuner cars further purchases will be for Gold Currency inside the dealership.Why cant I use the existing version of the cars for Elite Tuners, e.g. the Toyota GR Supra and the Nissan GT-R 2017?ALL Elite Tuner cars will be new cars released across multiple updates alongside their relevant chapters. These cars may already have versions in the game which wont be compatible with Elite Tuners.In comparison the Elite Tuner version of these cars will be;The Elite Tuner cars will be found in higher tiers in comparison, e.g. GR Supra tier 3 whilst the Elite Tuner GR Supra car will be Tier 5. The Elite Tuner cars will have higher performance engines, engine swapped to match the theme of Elite Tuners and the higher performance expectations of these cars.Th Elite Tuner cars will be delivered with 0 Stars as stock with the use of Elite Customs used to increase star rating and performance. Fusion parts will remain compatible with Elite Tuner cars, but Stage 6 parts will not be transferable between models. Prize Car)Why cant I use all my Liberty Walk cars in the Liberty Walk event?The Elite Tuners campaign stretches out for many months so you'll have the chance to use your entire Liberty Walk collection across multiple events. With such an amazing range of cars to collect we want to ensure that the Liberty Walk brand is celebrated in the best possible way. Keep an eye out as Warato Kato might return in the future (smile). Where can I spend my Elite Tuner Currency?You can spend the Elite Tuner Credits via the Event Currency Shop which can be accessed via the Event Hub in the Tashimi X area of the map. You need to complete TRIALS OF TASHIMI event before the Event Hub will be made available to you. Why did the item disappear from the Event Shop when I purchased it?Each item in the shop has a limited purchase limit. Check back with every Chapter when the shop is refreshed and new items are available. Where can I find Elite Tuner Credits?You can earn the unique Elite Tuner Credits from the Weekly Trials, certain limited-time events and the main campaign events. The credits can be used to purchase further items in the Elite Tuner Event Hub found in the Tashimi X area of the map. Where can I find Elite Custom Currency?Elite Custom Currency can be used to unlock Elite Custom Milestones for your Elite Tuner cars. This unique currency can be found in the following places;Weekly Showdown events: Elite and Championship ShowdownElite Tuner Event Currency shop (Event Hub access required)Weekly Crew Trial found in the Tashimi X area of the map. Why can't I enter the Weekly Trials?To be eligible to enter the Weekly Trials you need to be part of a Crew. You can enter a Crew by entering the Crew Hangout, accessible from the Garage.How do I unlock the Weekly Trial milestones?You will need to work with your Crew to meet the race requirement to unlock each milestone reward in the weekly trial. The more people you have in a crew entering the event the better the chance of reaching the higher milestone rewards.How do I increase my cars star rarity rating?During the campaign events you'll need to meet event restrictions around your cars star rating. For Elite Tuner (and all Elite Custom cars) you can upgrade the star rating through Elite Customs by unlocking the required milestone. What are the Evolution Cups?Evolution Cups are rerun of the chapters campaign events at an increased difficulty;Evolution Cups offer higher more desirable rewards Exclusive cosmetic items are only available through the Evolution CupsThe narrative from that Chapter campaign will trigger in the same fashion so you experience the story again. Each Chapter Evolution Cup event unlocks in the same fashion as the main campaign events requiring you to complete the previous Chapter Evolution Cup before you can access it. Who are the new Crew introduced with Elite Tuners?The new crew are known as "Tashimi X". While honorable, Tashimi X are confident in their plan to win every race going. Knowing fame in Japan, they aren’t interested in street cred.They simply want to make money. However, with fame comes a problem and Noro (Crew Leader) worries that their reputation may spook other racers from gambling against them.
