Golf Clash Guide – Help! I am not receiving my account recovery code via email.

If you are trying to recover an existing account via email, but are not receiving your code, please follow the steps below:

  • Please check your Junk and Spam folders.
  • Fully restart your device by powering it off and back on again.
  • Open the Golf Clash app.
  • Attempt to recover your account again using your email address.
  • Check your Junk and Spam folders.
  • If this fails to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Open outlook/hotmail via your web browser.
  • Sign in to the email account linked to your Golf Clash profile.
  • Select the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
  • Search for “Safe Senders and Domains”.
  • Add to the “Safe Mailing List” and “Safe Senders and domains”.
  • Open Golf Clash and try to recover your account using email.
