When is Pokémon GO Special Weekend?
Pokémon GO Special Weekend will take place from Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. local time.
I didn’t receive an offer code, where can I find it?
In order to participate in the Pokemon GO Special Weekend, you must obtain a participation offer code from an Official Partner, subject to eligibility and/or other terms set by the Official Partner. For more information, please visit each Official Partner’s event site:

I’m having trouble entering my offer code.
If you are unable to redeem your offer code, here are some possible reasons:
- Please make sure you have entered the correct offer code.
- All characters used in the code are uppercase. Please note that the following characters are not included in offer codes:
- Alphabet: “l”, “Q”, “S”.
- Numbers: “0 (zero)” and “1”.
- Each offer code can only be redeemed once and can’t be applied to multiple accounts.
- If you can’t access the Offer Code Redemption site, try copying and pasting the following URL into your browser:

If you’re still unable to redeem the code after trying the above steps, please contact us via in-app support. Please note that Niantic Support isn’t able to reissue offer codes. If you have any questions about receiving an offer code, please refer to the campaign site of each official partner.
I lost my offer code. Can you reissue it?
No, codes are distributed by Official Partners and Niantic will not be able to reissue codes in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
How many people can attend the event with one offer code?
Only one person (i.e. one account) is allowed to participate per code. Once a code has been used, it can’t be used again.
Can I use my unused offer code for another date?
No. Codes are limited to the event dates and times listed on the notice provided by the official partner.
Can I use my entry ticket in another region/country?
No. Offer codes obtained from official partners in each region can only be redeemed played in that region/country.
Can I only play near where I got my entry ticket?
No. Once the offer code is redeemed you can play anywhere within the target region/country.
When do I need to enter my offer code?
You can check-in at any time prior to the event listed in the “Event Date” section of the notice with your offer code provided by the partner. Players must redeem the promo code before the event ends on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. local time to gain access to the event. As a reminder, the event-exclusive Incense bonuses are only available from Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, so Trainers must redeem the promo code before 5:00 p.m. local time on that day to gain access to those bonuses.
Can Trainers under the age of 13 attend the event?
By default, Niantic Kids accounts are not able to redeem sponsored content, such as redeeming sponsored offers. In order to participate, parents or guardians must grant “sponsored content” privileges to their child’s account to redeem sponsored offers. Learn how to enable permissions.
Can I provide someone with an offer code to participate?
Resale of offer codes to a third party is strictly prohibited. Codes obtained by a third party aren’t guaranteed to be usable, and we are not responsible for any problems that may occur.
