If you are experiencing crashes, reinstalling the game sometimes helps. However, reinstalling the game should be the last resort to try, and should only be attempted if your game is constantly crashing.
Before you start, make sure that you have connected your game to Supercell ID. You can do so by going to the in-game settings. Check if the button under “Supercell ID” is green, and reads “Connected.”
