It looks like you may have got your Google Play accounts mixed up! Please check which account you are connected to, as Hay Day can only be played with the account it is linked with.
You are have been disconnected because you are in one of two scenarios:
‘You were automatically logged out from Google Play Games because you chose a farm that is not the one tied to that account. Only one farm can be tied to each Google Play account’.
– This means that our system has detected that the Google Play Games account you are playing with is linked to a different Hay Day farm. To link to the right farm, simply restart Hay Day and load the farm that is tied to this Google Play account.
‘You were automatically logged out from Google Play Games because your farm is already tied to another Google Play Games account. Farm can be tied to only one Google Play account.’
– This means that you are currently using a Google Play account that is not linked to any Hay Day farm. You have been disconnected because the farm you have tried to play with is linked to a different Google Play account.
Remember: You can only have one Google Account linked to one Hay Day farm.
It is also a great idea to link your farm with a Google Play account to save your farm progress and gain exclusive Hay Day Achievements.
