Ernest is your new neighbor and resident sugar miller and dairy farmer. You can hire him by tapping on his house located above the mine, where he lives with Rose the animal care taker.
When you hire Ernest, he is able to produce any items from the dairy or sugar mill. This includes cream, butter, cheese and goat cheese from the dairy and brown sugar, white sugar and syrup from the sugar mill.
He stores these products in his own private barn and not yours. The amount he can store depends on your XP Level, it’s also handy to know that his production queue and storage will always be equal.
