In order to take care of the high number of different chat windows in the game, we use an automatic report system. Several users have to report you within a certain amount of time to block you from the chat, and the same player cannot report you twice. This means that you cannot be blocked from the chat by just one person, but from a group of persons.
The ban will be active for 24 hours. After that time has passed, you will automatically be allowed back in, and will be able to carry on being a part of your neighborhood’s chat!
