When you help other fellow farmers, they can send you thank you letters to show they appreciated your help. Alfred the postman visits all farmsonce a dayand delivers the letters if others have sent them to you. Simply tap the blue letter box to read the letters. You can swipe up with your finger to read through all the letters.
Some of the thank you letters might reward you with Gift Cards! However, not all of the thank you letters include Gift Cards.The number of Gift Cards inside thank you notes is completely random, but each player can geta maximum of five per day. The more thank you notes you get, the higher the chance of getting a Gift Card or more!
Once you have tapped "collect all", the Gift Cards will be added to your total and displayed on the front of the catalog.
One more thing you could do, if you are having some issues with the feature is to check if the scarecrow may still be around on your farm. It is possible he could even be hidden behind bushes, trees or buildings. If you have found him, tap on him and complete the tutorial till he wanders off.
