If your Neighborhood Leader is inactive and your Neighborhood is not progressing, there are a couple of options available:
– Try contacting the Neighborhood Leader through social media if you haven’t done so already. If there’s any other way you can contact them, notify and update them on your neighborhood’s status.
– If you haven’t been able to reach them, your best option might be to create a new Neighborhood – since there’s no way to demote a Leader. Use the chat to connect with your neighborhood mates via Game Center, Google+ or Facebook. This way, you and the rest of the farmers will have a fresh start in a new Neighborhood.
