In the beginning of the game every player carries the default name of “Commander”.
Everybody has two chances to change their name in the game:
- You can change the initial name when upgrading the Radar to level 2.
- After you have set your name when upgrading the Radar to level 2, you can change your name ONCEby going to settings > accounts > change name.
After you have changed the name via the settings feature you CANNOT change the name again. So choose wisely, it’s your last chance to make it right.
There are a couple of things you must consider when choosing a name:
- Never use your full, real name – think of your privacy!
- Try to be unique – should you ever lose access to your account it might be very difficult for us to recover your account if it had a common name like “john”
- The use of emojis is not fully supported by all devices and might result in errors! Therefore we recommend not to use emojis in names.
