If your base was at any point linked to Game Center, simply logging into your Game Center account and opening the game should retrieve it.
If your base was never linked to Game Center, please send a help request to our Boom Beach Player Support using the "Contact Us" button in the upper right corner of this window.
Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your base:
- Your exact in-game name
- Your Task Force name (if applicable)
- Your experience level
- Your Headquarters level
And if you have not already done so, connect the new base to a unique Game Center ID.
Since we receive many, many messages, it may take a couple of hours for our team to get back to you, but we do answer to everyone!
