The only explanation is that your base was reported as being offensive to other players, and subsequently your friendly Player Support crew.
We understand that not all Commanders mean to offend with their very imaginative designs. But certain symbols or shapes may have different meanings from place to place, or are flat out offensive all around the world!
Whatever the case, we want to keep the game free of toxic behavior, which is why we’re inclined to act when receiving reports about offensive names, messages or layouts.
