Orders usually deliver instantly, but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same pack again – it should arrive soon!
If you still haven’t received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact iTunes support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here.
If your purchase was made through Google, and you haven’t received your order after more than 24 hours, please contact us with a screenshot of your order receipt. The transaction ID (looks similar to this – GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) at the bottom of the document must be visible on the screenshot.
Missing a subscription?
In the case that you don’t see the subscription you’ve paid for appear in the game, try following the below steps in order until your problem is solved:
- Make sure you are logged into your app store (e.g. Google Play, iOS AppStore) with the same account with which you made your purchase.
- Log out and log in again with the account on which you made the purchase.
- Sit tight for another 24 hours as sometimes subscription renewals are delayed for reasons unknown.
