There’s a number of ways to fix this problem:
1. Check your internet connection. Make sure it’s working and stable.
2. Make sure the game is connected to Facebook.
3. Restart your device. You may be experiencing temporary problems sending and receiving data, and restarting is the easiest way to fix them.
4. Open the game settings and tap Facebook > Connected, which will disconnect you. Then restart your device, enter the game, and reconnect to Facebook.
If your friends are still missing, try deleting Homescapes from the Facebook app list. Don’t worry, though: doing so won’t affect your current game process.
1. Disconnect your game from Facebook in the game settings.
2. Open your Facebook page in a browser.
3. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps > Logged in with Facebook. Tap X to delete the game from the list.
4. Restart your device.
5. Enter the game and reconnect to Facebook in the game settings.
