If you have trouble connecting to Facebook, we suggest to try the following:
* Check your network connection. Open a web browser and verify that http://www.facebook.com is loading properly.
If the connection is working, you may need to reset your Facebook login:
* In Sync.ME, tap the side bar menu>My Accounts>Facebook>Logout.
* If you have the Facebook app, logout of your account from there as well.
* Go back into Sync.ME and log back into Facebook
This might be a temporary issue with Facebook. If this is not resolved within a few hours or a day, please contact us.
